WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Provide management oversight to the daily operations and implementation of strategic and operational plans for site location
• Provide assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the Sleep Services activity while promoting collaboration among all members of the health care team.
• Assess the daily overall work duties to be completed, the scheduled patient testing activities, and the staffing needs.
• Prepare, manage and control budget.
• Monitor and analyzes any variances.
• Oversee staffing, interviews, performance appraisals and creates an atmosphere and conditions that are conducive to, and foster, motivation of employees.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree - Required
• 5 years Medical/Healthcare/Related Field - Required
• 5 years Polysomnography Experience - Required
• 2 years Leadership - Preferred
• Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) - Required -OR-
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) - Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) American Heart Association - Required
• Sleep Disorder Specialist (SDS) - Preferred
