• Lesson planning: Creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Classroom management: Maintaining a safe and organized learning environment, managing behavior and promoting positive interactions among children.
• Teaching and instruction: Delivering lessons, teaching basic concepts such as numbers, letters, colors, and shapes, and fostering curiosity and a love for learning through play-based activities.
• Individualized learning: Assessing each child's development, identifying their strengths and challenges, and providing individualized attention and support to accommodate their needs.
• Communication: Maintaining open and regular communication with parents or guardians, sharing progress reports, discussing any concerns or achievements, and organizing meetings or conferences.
• Health and safety: Ensuring the overall well-being of the children, following health and safety guidelines, monitoring hygiene, and addressing any medical or emergency situations that may arise.
• Collaboration: Working as part of a team with other teachers and staff members, participating in meetings, and contributing to the overall success and improvement of the preschool program.
