Overview

The Onboarding Consultant serves as a point of contact for job candidates with on-boarding and pre-hire requirements (health assessments, background checks, references, uniforms, I9s, etc.). Assists with start date changes including communicating with candidates and hiring managers as well as submitting required paperwork. Connects candidates with hiring managers to facilitate a positive new team member experience. Responds to requests for assistance on new team member orientation day. Consistently delivers high quality customer service to internal and external customers and provides professional representation of the organization. Serves as a partner to support the new team member orientation program. Coordinates, oversees, and/or performs a wide variety of activities for the system Talent Acquisition (TA) teams, and supports the implementation of TA initiatives as directed by the Vice President-Talent Acquisition. Manages schedules/calendars, coordinates travel arrangements, processes invoices, and handles inquiries as appropriate. Assists with project development and planning to ensure more efficient service and organization of the office. Considers and reviews situations, gathers appropriate information and input, and makes recommendations to leaders as directed. Ensures quality customer service and professional representation of the team and the department.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience is required.
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant project coordinator experience.
  • Requires the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment is preferred.
