System Strategy Specialist

Build your career with IU Health!  We have an exciting opportunity available for a System Strategy Specialist to join the team at our Downtown Indianapolis location on a hybrid schedule.

The System Strategy Specialist develops qualitative and quantitative assessments in support of IU Health strategies and initiatives. Leads strategic planning activities and priorities for the system that include regional strategic planning, centers of excellence and clinical destinations, and service line strategic plans. In partnership with the Executive Director of Strategy, will lead through influence and coordinate resources across Strategy, Business Development, and Strategic Intelligence and Market Insights teams to manage programs and initiatives, including scoping, planning, market and competitive analyses, financial analysis review, recommendation development, and implementation planning and tracking. Fosters relationships with regional leadership teams, as well as leaders across System Services, to serve as a trusted advisor and understand, develop, and implement the system’s strategic agenda. Leads meetings and presents findings to leaders across the system. Stays abreast of industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's Degree is preferred.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Healthcare strategy or consulting experience preferred.
