Job Title: Revenue Cycle Analyst - (Provider Enrollment)

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Shift: Standard Business Hours, M - F (40 Hours a week)

Contract Duration: 6+ months with possibility of extending and/or converting!

Requirements

  • Previous experience in provider enrolling, billing, credentialing, or working with payors (Required).
  • Strong attention to detail (Required).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (Required).
  • Ability to work on multiple screens and multitask (Required).
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (Required).

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Provider Enrollment Analyst for a contract opportunity with a well-established healthcare network in the Indianapolis, IN area!

Responsibilities

  • Work in multiple systems to pull list of providers needing to enroll.
  • Ensure that providers have the correct licenses and requirements in order to submit applications.
  • Verify provider information daily.
  • Initiate, process, and complete applications for enrollments of hospital billing providers with both government and contracted commercial payors.
  • Utilize problem solving skills to identify issues in the applications.
  • Assist in the full range of Provider Enrollment interaction (includes all actions involved in the process of enrolling with a range of payors (Anthem, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).
  • Respond to enrollment research inquiries, and minimize potential revenue delays or losses.
  • Monitor defined reports and coordinate with applicable departments to ensure accounts receivable is properly stated.

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F

Job Type: Contract with possibility to extend/convert & Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
