REAP Institute Inc. (Restoration Education Apprentice Program) is a non-profit organization based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We provide unique training programs in construction, safety, management, and life coaching for individuals aged 14 and older. Our program establishes a solid foundation for those seeking skilled labor or entrepreneurship in construction, sustainable energy, and management. We partner with established contractors and unions to ensure employment opportunities for our graduates.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Liaison, located in Indianapolis, IN, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Liaison will be responsible for coordinating between program participants, contractors, and unions, ensuring effective communication and support. Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, tracking progress, providing updates to stakeholders, assisting with program implementation, and addressing any issues that arise. The successful candidate will also participate in community outreach and engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience in project management, scheduling, and task coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with the construction industry or educational programs is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
