Slalom is hiring a Copywriting lead to focus on educating a new population of associates on our benefits and compensation programs. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, strategic environment and work closely with peers and stakeholders at all levels. There will be a two program integration team to create on-brand communications and marketing materials that drive associate engagement with, and understanding of, our benefits and compensation programs.
Responsibilities For The Role Include
- Writing engaging, on-brand associate-facing communications across various channels to help employees understand and make the most of their rewards products and offerings as they transition from other offerings/programs. Comms will include emails, print and digital marketing materials, as well as content on intranet and other digital communication platforms.
- Autonomously creating and managing communication plans while bringing key stakeholders along.
- Editing and refining both written and visual communications to ensure a consistent look, feel and tone across all Rewards communications.
- Working effectively with stakeholders
- Reviewing marketing materials and offerings from vendors to support understanding and a smooth transition between to offerings
- Measuring performance of communications based on key metrics and recommend refinement to communications strategies, messaging and channels/forums.
- Working closely with our delivery lead to build timelines, ensuring timely delivery of our education strategy.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing or advertising communications or a combination of the two; or in another writing field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s in Communications or related field
- At least 2 years of experience with Google Suite, email marketing platforms (Vessel or LumApps intranet)
- At least 2 years of experience marketing HR, Benefits, Compensation, Total Rewards or other similar programs.
