Patient Scheduler (Indianapolis)

TEKsystems is hiring a Patient Scheduler for a large healthcare company in Indianapolis!

This is an onsite position with future remote flexibility - candidates outside of Indianapolis & surrounding areas will not be considered.

Shift: M-F 8a-5p

Description:

• Accountable for scheduling appointments
• Follow and reinforce all policies for case scheduling
• Communicate information for each scheduled appointment
• Accountable for auditing and/or completing electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner

Requirements:

• 2+ year(s) of call center experience
• Interest in making healthcare a long-term career
• Bubbly personality
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• Strong job history
• Empathy and compassion skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
